Suffolk. In the British tradition, this full flavoured brie cheese is strong and elastic with a thick white rind. Made from the high protein milk of Montbeliarde cows (as used for French cheeses such as Comte and Vacherin Mont d'Or), this cheese is buttery and luxurious in taste and texture.
