Made by Jumi Cheese in Switzerland's heart of cheese production, Apres Soleil is divinely nutty with a deep, sweet flavour and a distinctly crystalline crunch lingers on the palette. Made from rich cow's milk with maturing processes altered by the sun itself, this hard cheese occupies a unique space within both Swiss and international cheese markets.
